Nicholas's Property is a platform that was established in the year 2020 by the founder - Nicholas Te, this is to provide the most professional services to customers and investors.

Growth | 成长

While Nicholas was studying Bachelor in Hospitality Management (Honors) at the University of Wollongong (M) KDU Malaysia, he also part-time at Chester Venture Berhad, learn about Real Estate. In the year 2021, he finished his bachelor's degree and finally became a full-time Property Consultant recognized by Chester.  During the year, training that provided by the Company and accumulated sales experiences has made Nicholas know better about customers and investors' need and the market trend.

Nicholas在就读于University of Wollongong (M) KDU Malaysia主修酒店管理文凭学位同时在Chester Venture Berhad兼职，学习房地产知识。于2021年，他完成了学士学位后就全职在Chester正式成为一名受公司认可的房产顾问。在这一年里，公司所给予的培训以及所累积的销售经验让Nicholas更理解顾客与投资者的需求、市场的走向。

Breakthrough | 突破

2020 is a year full of challenges. A 2019 epidemic has spread to this year, and it has caused an MCO status for nearly half a year, and many plans were disrupted. Nicholas also collects his thoughts during the MCO period and studied harder. Fortunately, Nicholas still pushed his sales to the highest peak of the company in such a turbulent year. In 2021, he created 74 million group sales together with the team.

2020年，是充满挑战的一年。一场2019疫情蔓延至今年然而导致了接近半年的MCO状态，许多的计划都会打乱。Nicholas也在MCO期间沉淀而且更加努力的学习，非常幸运的在这如此动荡的一年Nicholas依然把销售业绩推至全公司最高峰。2020年和团队一起创造了七千四百万的团队业绩。
